Privacy Policy & Geospatial Data Governance
1. Overview & Planetary Scope
Spectralis AI Inc. ("Spectralis AI", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to the ethical stewardship, confidentiality, and security of user telemetry, API transmissions, and satellite data vectors. This policy governs how we collect, process, and safeguard information collected across our website (spectralisai.com), EarthVector™ APIs, and mission flight software.
2. Geospatial Observation Data & Regulatory Compliance
All orbital remote sensing telemetry ingested by our Continuous Spectral-Spatial Transformer (CSST-1) complies strictly with United States NOAA commercial remote sensing licensing, ITAR export regulations, and international open skies agreements. Spectralis AI enforces strict privacy blurring protocols preventing unlawful reconnaissance of protected civilian sanctuaries.
3. Enterprise Telemetry & Customer Data Isolation
Enterprise customers accessing our APIs or deploying custom orbital tasks retain full, exclusive ownership of their proprietary models, bounding boxes, and confidential geographic points of interest (POI). Customer telemetry is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3 with cryptographic hardware security modules.
4. SOC2 Type II & Information Security Standards
Our cloud tensor infrastructure undergoes annual independent SOC2 Type II audits and maintains ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Access to production compute clusters is gated by zero-trust biometric multi-factor authentication and continuous audit logging.
5. Direct Data Protection Officer Contact
For inquiries regarding compliance, data protection, or audit records, contact Julian Thorne (CEO) and our compliance desk directly at privacy@spectralisai.com or julian.thorne@spectralisai.com.
