Terms of Service & Constellation API Licensing
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Subscriber", "Customer", or "You") and Spectralis AI Inc. ("Spectralis AI"). By accessing spectralisai.com, provisioning EarthVector™ API tokens, or tasking orbital passes, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Platform & API Usage License
Spectralis AI grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to query the CSST-1 foundation model and ingest multi-spectral vector feeds in accordance with your contracted tier. Reverse engineering, decompiling latent weights, or reconstructing raw telemetry to circumvent security safeguards is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary model weights, neural operators, continuous Fourier wavelength manifolds, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Spectralis AI Inc. Customer retains full ownership of downstream derivative analysis, proprietary ground-truth validations, and confidential facility coordinates.
4. Dual-Use & Export Control Compliance
Certain synthetic aperture radar and thermal payloads are subject to United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Subscriber warrants that access will not be granted to prohibited individuals or sanctioned jurisdictions.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
